The hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was both delicious and impressively varied. It’s also perfectly located, just a 5–6 minute walk from the city center. However, more important than all of this was Fotini, who welcomed us and took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make not only our time at the hotel, but our entire holiday, memorable. From helping us with car rental to recommending places to visit, she was always kind, attentive, and full of helpful advice. Thanks to her, we felt genuinely looked after. On our next visit to Chios, this will definitely be our first choice again.
